    Had a smoke alarm beep all night the first night but Dan came up and changed out the batteries once we contacted him the next day. Light bulbs (up high) needed to be changed as well but that didn't happen while we were there. They could have a few more pieces of silverware. Four knives for nine people was a bit difficult. Overall, however, a great location and comfortable cabin.

    Hi, Great property and location.
    I wish we would have more pillows on the 2 floor. Also, it would be great to make the house more weather proof - at night during the winter, from time to time cold air was flowing from somewhere.

    Very nice home. This is the third home we rent from Big Trees Vacation Rentals and we remain happy. We look forward to staying with you again, even possibly staying at the Olmos home. Thank you.

    My understanding was that this is a new property. The TV service was not working. The upstairs shower was not working. Also, the driveway was steeper than represented. The number of beds was not clearly stated in the ad. But I did like the secluded location and the generally new appearance.
