House fits our family of 7 to 8 people perfectly.
The location is quiet and private, but close to either winter or summer activities.

My family and I have come up to Dorington since I was a child and it is always and amazing experience. This year was no different-the cabin was perfect! For several years we have moved from cabin to cabin trying to find the perfect one for us and we have found it! We ate already looking at dates for next winter to reserve again.
The staff at Sierra Vacation Rentals is like no other. They treat us like family and go out of their way to make sure we are happy customers.
Thank you for continuing to allow my husband and I to make wonderful memories with out children :)

The Vargas Cabin was great. We've rented a cabin every year for the past 5 or so and this was our favorite. Big, clean and well stocked. It was perfect for our group of 4 parents, three young adults and two elementary school kids. Plenty of room for everyone, a nice deck to cook and eat on and clean, well located bathrooms. We'll definitely be back!

Been staying at cabin since before Vargas owned.
Wife and family always looked forward to it.
Wife passed away in 2009 but family keeps wanting to come. Grandkids think its their right now!

We loved this cabin! It was everything we were looking for! We loved that it backed up to forest land, so peaceful and quiet. The pool table room and the library were terrific! The cabin was very clean and well maintained. Would love to stay there again sometime. Thank you!

On our way there we saw some snow on the side of the road, so everyone got very excited about it. We really wanted to have snow during our stay at the cabin and it was there. On the second night of our stay we got some more snow and took advantage of it immediately. The balconie on the cabin was beautiful and was a good place to appreciate the forest from. In the library we found interesting books and some amazing old fashion movies. The pool table was awsome and the balls were cracking into each other almost constantly. Overall the stay was awsome and definently worth it.

The Vargus cabin is a very nice cabin, which we will diffentely rent again. Fully equipped kitchen, reading room with books for everyone and videos for all also on all three floors w/TV's. Such a relaxing cabin & decorated nicely. Thank you to the Vargus's for sharing with others.

The property was completely furnitshed down to books to read and spices to use. It was nice to be able to step in and really just start relaxing! I was very close to the Rec Center which was one of the reasons we choose the property to begin with. My husband
and I were able to relax on the deck and look at the beautiful view of the trees while the kids were able to play in the woods below. Overall, we have a wonderful time!

Some beds were not too comfortable and blinds didn't keep out light, but otherwise it was wonderful. Very well-stocked kitchen, lots of nice towels! Pool table was fun. LOVED the loft/library.

Loved the cabin and the rental staff were excellent. The cabin was stocked well with utensils, etc. The views in the mornings were beautiful. Also, White Pines Lake was wonderful for fishing and leisure.

We have stayed at this cabin twice now and have loved it each time. We have 6 small children who thoroughlyl enjoy all the amenities and are easily accommodated. Everything was clean, well-stocked and it made the trip very memorable! Lots of great memories!

The cabin had everything we wanted: a warm, cozy living room with plenty of seating, a fireplace, comfortable beds (even the pull out sofa in the library), a well-stocked kitchen, and a great pool table. We highly recommend it.
