With central heat and a cozy wood stove, you'll be warm all winter long! Enjoy streaming (guests log in with their own accounts) with the grand 75-inch tv, making it easy to stay cozy and entertained on those long winter nights! Or try relaxing while listening to records on the Vinyl Record Player. The large deck is perfect for enjoying the outdoors during the summer with a BBQ and gas fire pit for the whole family to enjoy. We want your family to have the perfect stay here, so we provided a pack-and-play and books, as well as a high chair. The large kitchen has everything you'll need for your stay, including a Keurig coffee maker and wine fridge. You'll appreciate the wet bar, located in the dining area - perfect for entertaining! The dining table can comfortably seat 8, with a breakfast bar accommodating 2 more. We also have air-conditioning to keep you cool on hot summer days (coming Spring 2025!) and central heat with a Nest Thermostat - in addition to the wood stove - to keep you warm on the chilly winter nights. Power outages? No problem with the whole house generator, which automatically switches on when power goes out! Sleeping accommodations include a king-sized bed in the primary suite upstairs (along with a twin ottoman hide-away for children), and two bedrooms downstairs with queen beds in both bedrooms. Additionally, the loft serves as a game room with a reading nook, TV and gaming table, as well as additional sleeping space, with a trundle bed (2 twins) and a queen sleeper sofa.
